​At Namo Eat, we believe good food begins with attention to every detail, from fresh ingredients and balanced flavours to the way each dish is prepared and served.

Our cooking is rooted in Thai food culture, where freshness, simplicity and balance are essential. We also use compostable and recyclable packaging for takeaway and delivery wherever possible.

About the Founder, Bookie

​I am Thai, born in Lampang, a small town in northern Thailand, where cooking first became part of my life through family and everyday tradition. From an early age, I was inspired by watching my grandmother create aromatic Thai dishes using simple fresh ingredients, carefully balanced and full of flavour. After many years in restaurant management and a lifetime of catering experience, I created Namo Eat to share authentic Thai street food in Brighton, food shaped by tradition, freshness and bold flavour.
